HOOLIGANS IN PARIS.
ELECTRIC POWER STATION WRECKED. By Tekjrraph— Association—Copyright. (Rec. November 1, 9.10 p.m.) Paris, November 1. Hooligans at the Parisian suburb of Vitry-sur-Seine wrecked ' the electric power stations, and so caused tho electric current to run amok. Three persons were seriously injured, and some telephone users received violent shocks.
