If the rioters still do not lleo the remainder of the patrols is to fire. ■

A special edition of tho Socialist newspaper "Vorwaerts" has been distributed in the disturbed districts. It urges tho workmen and workmen's wives not to partake in the rioting or go into tho streets out of curiosity^
