Four prisoners will ho brought before the Chief Justice for sentence at 10.30 to-day—Mita Ilarawira, breaking and entering; Harry Neil, with several aliases, stealing a grovhound; To Karo Tokniwa, breaking and entering; Robert Ernest Powell, forgery. It was resolved by the Land Board yesterday to request the Commissioner, who has the special direction of improved farm settlements, to give preference to men with families who arc now located in tho vicinity of improved farm lands.
