PHOTOGRAPHING GERMAN FORTS. By Telejraph-Frosa Association-Copyright. (Rcc. August 29, 10.10 p.m.) Berlin, August 29. The police declare that correspondence in the possession of Brandon and Trench, tho two Englishmen arrested on a chargo of photographing the forts at Borkum, Hanover, shows that their intention wan to photograph all the fortifications on tho North Sea coast. The prisoners deny the charges of espionage brought against them.
