The Hebdomadal Council of Oxford University, in reporting on the reform 6chemo put forward by the Chancellor (Lord Curzon), favours far-reaching reforms, including the remodelling of the Constitution. . < The proposed reforms fall into two wellmarked , groups. One of these con'cerns the" internal organisation of the University, and the constitution of bodies like Council, Congregation, the ■ Boards of Faculties. The other consists oi questions which do interest outsiders, such as compulsory Greek, the encouragement of fioor students (with which goes the Colege. Scholarship question) and the right use of University funds.
