Six hundred and twenty-five officers and men of the Queen's Own Rifles, Canada, who are to take part in the Army manoeuvres at Aldcrshot, were enthusiastically welcomed at Liverpool and Aldershot. The expenses of the trip aro being defrayed by the colonel of.the regiment, Sir Henry Pellalt.
