He dealt- with ailments in horses, cattle, sheep, and pigs, aud drew special, attention to the fact that mammitis was , decimating tho dairy herds of tho Dominion. He urged tho isolation of cows found to be suffering from the trouble. A cold southerly set in last night and has every appearance of continuing.
