LADY KNOCKED DOWN BY AUTO. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) . Dunedin, August 22. In the Supreme Court twlay a caso was commenced in which Louisa Mary Aitcheso'n, school teacher,, sought to recover .€IOOO damages from James Martin Samson, auctioneer, as the outcome of a motor-car accident on April 8, on which date plaintiff, who was riding a bicycle, 'was knocked down by the car, and - sustained a broken breastbone, three broken besides, bruises. The case is not yet finished. '
