GENERAL SCOBELL' EXONERATED. By Telegraph-Prose Assodation-Copyrteit. London, August 7. Tho inquiry ordered by tho Army Council into the dismissal of five officers of tho sth Lancers' in November, 1907, for and Major W. A. Adam's Tecent charges that General Scoboll, commanding the Ist .Cavalry 'Brigade of tho First Army Corps, had made deliberate misstatements in his report against one of tho officers, has reported. It exonerates General Scobell from the charges mado against him.
