Signor Vincenzo Nicari, a well-known professor, was stabbed to death in daylight, in a populous street at Palermo. Tile murderer escaped. ' RAILWAY MAGNATE KILLED. New York, July 20. A burglar shot and killed Mr. Ira Kawn, president of the Chicago-India-napolis-Louisville Railway. Later. Tho polieo now supposo that Mr. Kawn committed suicide.
