ANTJ-SUFFRAGISTS ACTIVE, INFLUENTIAL APPEAL FOR FUNDS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. July 21, 10.55 p.m.) London, July 21. The Anti-Woman Suffrage League has appealed to the public for .£IOO,OOO to carry on its campaign against the granting of the franchise to women. A sum of £13,000 has ; already been subscribed. The signatures to the appeal include those of Mr. Joseph Chamberlain, Mr. Austen Chamberlain, Lord Cromer, Lord Curzon, Air. Rudyard Kipling, Lord Lansdovme, Lord Roberts, and Lord Rothschild.
