0 GERMAN MOVE. EXPLOSIVE-DROPPINC DIRICIBI.ES NEW COMPANY FORMED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin, July 19. A Lower Rhino Airship Company has been formed with a capital of £200,000. The object is to build dirigibles • for dropping explosives. The dirigibles will be 300 feet long, with a gas-carryhig capacity of 14,300 cubic metres. '. The German Minister for War has promised that the venture will bo patronised, provided the dirigibles can be easily taken to pieces, and the ethergraph apparatus can be used on them with safety. The type of vessel proposed comprises three balloons linked together, but capable of being separated in mid-air, and thus forming three independent balloons. • '. .
