MESSAGES EXCHANGED. By Telegraph— Prosr Association—Copyrleju. London, July 18. Through Lord Northampton, head of the British mission to France to announce his accession, King George intimated that he would never forgot the numerous proofs of. friendship and affection his father had received from the French, for whom he had so much sympathy. IJe- added that he himself was animated by the same feelings, and that it would be with keen satisfaction that he would see the Entente Cordiale continued and increased. The French President (M. Fallieres) replied that no effort would bo spared to maintain and strengthen the Entente.
