The. delegates were entertained.: at afternoon tea at the., Kelbnrne. Kiosk:, at four o'clock yesterday. ' An enjoyable and interesting .hour . was spent, and -the delegates were afforded the' opportunity of - .meeting the • local executive and somo former prominent officers of the association/notably Messrs. J.. D. Avery and- C. S.- Plank.

•: -A smoke- concert is being tendered th« delegates on"'Friday-evening, next, at which Sir J. G". Ward, PostmasterGeneral, is to bo present, and probably other Ministers: and heads of the Post and Telegraph ■ Department. .-
