A.D.C, anddriven to the Grand.Hotel. , After , breakfast,.-bis' Excellency went to Government House, where he received several: visitors, including the Hon. G. Fowlds, the Mavor (Mr. L.'J. This • afternoon his Excellency was officially welcomed at- a big gathering at Victoria Park, and presented with an address from the city, after which he inspected.the cadets.
