MIRAMAR BOROUGH COUNCIL.
The Miramar Borough Council mot last night. There worn present:—'The .Mayor (All*. .1. Mrodie), Councillors M'Clelland, Bell, JJovrie, Muir, Jl'Leod, ami Richards. The Wellington Gas Company forwarded a preliminary plan showing the position of a Sin. gas main proposed to bo laid by the company in Bongotai Terrace and also a plan of a 4in. main in a right-of-way off the terrace. The plans were approved and permission to lay the main;. Riven. The company proposes to erect three lamps on the street. Accounts amounting to JE3IS were passed for payment. The credit balance in the ban]; totals >01088.
