THE INDRADEVI FIRE.

None of the remaining cargo in the other holds is being discharged, , being all for the louth. ' The survey of tho vessel was carried " out by the -Government, inspector (Mr. Wetherilt)- and Lloyds surveyor (Captain Clayton). this morning. Various repairs were recommended, including renewal of insulation, renovation of the foc'sle, etc., but the only repairs it was considered absolutely imperative should be carried out hero are the replacement of several plates and girders on tho 'tween docks, No., 1 hold. This work, it is ex-, pecteel, will not bo completed for at least a week yet. There is no definite information to hand from the owners in England as to where the balance of tho repairs will bo carried out, but it is moro than likely that the vessel will go south to put her cargo, out before this is done. The Minister for Marino (the Hon. J A. Millar!? has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the fire on the Indradevi, and this will Dβ held on Saturday next.
