Zeppelin the Seventh, Count Zeppelin's latest dirigible balloon, has inaugurated a passenger service from Dusseldorf, near Cologne, to Dortmund, a town about twenty miles from Essen, and back. The distance between tho tiro towns is about thirty-five miles as tho crow Hips. On the first flight 32 passengers wore, carried, and on tho second 20. The fare charged for the trip was £10 apiece. Despite wind and rain both flights jworo successful. Tho lushest speed attained was 56 miles an honr.
