BALLOON FALLS INTO DANUBE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. June 26, 5.5 p.m.) Vienna, June 25. The Archduke Joseph, while ballooning at Vienna, encountered a storm and the balloon was driven into the River Danube. Tho occupants of tho car wore- up to their necks in water before they could be pulled to tho bank.
