$ CONGRESS DECISIONS ON FOREIGN AWARDS. UNIFORM CUSTOMS STATISTICS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. Juno 25, 0.35 a.m.) London, Juno 24. The Chambers of Commerce Congress cheered an announcement that if supported by them Britain would then call a conference relating to the enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards pronounced by foreign countries. A' resolution in support was adopted. It was also recommonded that an international agreement should vbe arrived at to secure a uniform system of Customs statistics.:
