. o OVERSEAS DOMINIONS AND INSPECTION. CHANGE OF POLICY ALLEGED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. June 25, 0.35 a.m.) London, June 24. The memorandum relating to General lan Hamilton's duties as InspectorGeneral of the Home forces provides that if any of the self-governing colonies desires an inspection of its forces, the Army Council will arrange it. In a special article, the "Morning Post" describes the appointment as an exact reversal of recent policy, which has been to avoid all appearance of needlessly interfering with the ovorseas Dominions.
