A Bucharest newspaper states that tho Kaiser has telegraphed to the Crown Prince of Rumania, describing tho looting at the Piraeus of tho steamer on which/ the Crown Princess was travelling in Greece as a grave affront to the Hohcnzollerns, with which family both the Crown Princo and Crown Princess aro related. The Kaiser congratulates the Crown Prince upon his wifo and child having safely escaped the dangers of brutal aggression. , | ULTIMATUM FROM RUMANIA. IWj SATISFACTION TTRAI Bucharest, June 23. Rumania has sent a Note through Italy, which is entrusted with charge of. Rumanian interests in Greece, threatening an ultimatum unless full satisfaction for the Piraeus incident is forthcoming this week. SATISFACTORY EXPLANATION/ INDEMNITY PROMISED. Athens, June 24. Renter's correspondent states that immediately after the Piraeus incident Greece' spontaneously gave the Italian Minister at Athens a satisfactory explanation, and offered to pay an indemnity for the damage to the steamer during the removal of the Greek deserter.
