THE CROWN'S COURT WORK.
A NEW ARRANGEMENT. It appears that the office of Crown Prosecutor as a statutory office, is only necessary under the Bankruptcy Act. To a Dominion reporter yesterday the Hon. Dr. Fiudlay stated that in future the Court work of the Crown in Wellington would be done by the Crown Law. Office. Most of this work (he' added) would be done by Mr. Ostler and Mr. Neave, but the more important cases would be taken by himself and- the Solicitor-General.
