UNIVERSITY REFORM.
A COMMITTEE APPOINTED. A meeting of the newly-formed University Reform Association was held last evening. About eighty members ■ attended, and Professor Kirk was in the chair. The following were appointed a committee to formulate a constitution and platform:—Miss Phoebe Mvers, Messrs. \V. Fraser, M.P., A. L. Herdman, M.P„ A. R. Atkinson, A Hamilton, G Hogben, Dr. Pell, and the Bev. Dr. Kennedy.
