London, June 1 Sir 'William Mather (the wellknown ironmaster, economist, and promoter of .-technical education) unveiled the marble bust of King Edward at Manchester University. Sir "William suggested that a Chair of International Law and Arbitration should bo< established in every university. Ho hoped Manchester would take the lead in perpetuating the spirit of King Edward the Peacemaker. The bust is by Mr. A. Bruce-Joy, R.H.A., F.R.G.S.
