Anson in England that it has been definitely arranged, to send out■l6 missioners, including the extra missioner for the diocese of Wellington. The appeal for i£2ofl to meet the expenses of that extra helper lias met with fair response in the diocese (states the "Church Chronicle") but a good deal is still needed for that purpose, as well as from Wellington people to meet the cost of engaging the Town Hall for the week"l ■mission there.
