Ministers in uniform wero groliped around the throne. The farewell address to Earl Grey, the retiring GovernorGeneral, was read in English and in French. Lord Grey feelingly replied.. A CANADIAN NAVY FLAG. BUTTON DETAILS. Ottawa, May 1. The Ottawa correspondent of the "Daily Mail" reports that it was suggested, daring the debate in the Canadian Parliament on too Naval Estimates, that officers should wear the uniform of the Imperial Navy, with a maple leaf or laurel on the buttons, and that the ships should fly the white ensign, ' with Canadian arms.
