Lord Jersey, one-time Governor ot New fioutli Wales, who is in bad health, has dropped his libel suit against Mr. Ijlmvclyu Williams, Liberal M.l\ for Carmarthen. The suit aroso out- of allegations against Lord Jersey ns a landlord, made by Mr. Williams in the course of a speech at Swansea.
