The barometer has fallen considerably in the south; warm and hazy weather has prevailed, with northerly winds, moderate to strong generally, and rising in the south. Present indications are for a chango to more unsettled conditions, and especially southward of Kawhia and Napier. Bain will probably soon follow the present warm and hazy conditions, and be heavy especially on the West Coast southwards of Kawhia.
