"Tho Times" urgos tho prosecution of Irish membors of tho ilouso of Commons, who aro inciting the poople of Ireland to oattle-driviiig, and adds:—"Even if tho prosecutions failed, the Imperial Parliament would appreciate tho significance of the prosecution." '■ Mr. W. H. Long, member for Dublin, a former Unionist membor, appeals to. the British electorates to insist on the application of the Crimes Act. Mr. Cherry, Attorney-General for'lreland, speaking at Dublin, stated that the Government wero giving trial by jury in Ireland tho best possiblo chance.
