MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Monday, April 26, 1875. (Before James Corse, Esq., J.P.j A drunkard forfeited bail to the amount of 20s, by failing to put in an appearance. Friday, April 30, 1875. (Before W. Lawrence Simpson, Esq., E.M.) Hairiet Robertson applied for a protection order against ber husband, on the ground of desertion. The application was refused.
