Extended Claim.— Gustave Hargens anrl rV<»e others, three acres on weab branch of Luggate Creek : granted. Protection. —Geo. T. Stephenson was granted sixty days (under see. 5, reg. ±2) for quartz oiaiui 1 north of the Caledonian, Carriek Range. Tumid. —Permission to construct a tunnel through the claim above-mentioned was granted to G. T. Stephenson. Water Race..— The application of John Bowman and another, for an extension, was ordered to be amended. Residence Area. —Timothy Gorman's application for half an acre at Kawarau Goige was ad-> jonrued for a week.
