(Before Vincent Pi/ke, Esq. , Judge and Warden.) Lees and party applied for leave to construct a water-race in Conroy's Gully. Mr Wilson appeared for applicants ; and Sir Brough objected on behalf of Messrs Oliver & Knowles. The application was refused. The same party applied for leave to construct a dam in Conroy's Gully, and this application was refused also.
