Wednesday, March 6, 1878. (Before E. H. Carew, Esq., R.M., Judge of Assessment Court.) Mr Henderson appeared for the Corporation in all the objections. '> W. Legge's assessment of LlB was. reduced to Ll6, and A. M'Neil's from LSO toL4L ..-.....-. R. Cramond was assessed for Section 15, Block IV., instead of Section 14, Block IV.,atLl. The following names were added to the . , Roll:— John M'Neil, Section 14, Block IV. , at Ll ; James Daly, Section 12, Block A, A. M'Neil's subdivision, L 2) C. Abbott, Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block VIH. , Barr's subdivision ; W. Tosh, Sections 4, 5, and 6, Block A, L3O * James Cossens, Sections 20 and 21, Block A, Ll2 ; F. S- Canning in lieu of Thomas Keenan. The following objections were struck out, the objectors not appearing: — Robert Clarke and C. M'Pherson.
