Tramping Club Ends Year With Social

The Levin-Waiopehu Tramping Cluh marked the close of another year with a social and dance, held recently in- the Oddfellows' Hall. A large numher of members and supporters were present and all enjoyed an excellent evening's entertainment. The M.C. was Mr. M. Wildbore. Highlight of the evening was the more modern version of musical chairs— trampers' haversacks filled . with, a . variety of clothing, which were passed "round, the persons being caught in possession being required to dip into 1 the haversack and don the article of clothing retrieved. The results were amusing and in some cases even startling. Miss A. Hesp and Mr. K. Aanensen were the recipients of prizes for the "best dressed" couple as a resul't of this game. An excellent supper was provided during the evening.
