Writ Against Price tribunal Granted

WELLINGTON, Dec. 14. A writ of certiorari, removing into the Supreme Court and quashing the order of the Price Tribunal, was granted by Mr. Justice Hutchihson in a jud'gment issued today. Plaintiffs were A. E. Jackson and Company, Ltd., of Auckland, who had sought the writ against Price Order No. 1001, which set an arbitrary deadline at May 23 of this year for a downward revision of the prices of fast-mbving hardware lines fol[lowing the appreciation of the New Zealand pound on August 19, 1948.
