Determining Exiled Belgian King's Future
Received Wednesday, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, DeC. 13. The United Press' Brussels correspondent says that the Bill proposing an advisory plebiscite to determine the future of King Leopold, exiled King of the Belgians, was approved today by a special eommittee of the Belgian House of RepresentatiVes.
