Free Trade Unions Condemn Franco Regime
Received Friday, 9.15 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 8. The newT International Confederation of Free Trade Unions today unanimously adopted a resolution condemning the Franco regime in Spain. The resolution opposed any assistance to Spain un'il such time as democracy and full trade union rights have been resto-ed and workers are once inore able to make their contribu--tion to the countrv's recovery. The resolution added that concres> was opposed to General Franeo's efforts to secure the inc .rn.ii"Mion of Spain in the Marshall Plan and the Atlaniic Pact. It nromised all support the new confederation could give to Span-i-h workers resisting the Franco regime.
