Received Thursday, 10.10 a.m. WASHINGTON, Dec. 7. The Secretary of State, Mr. Dean Acheson, reiterated today that it was premature either to recognise the Communist regime in China or even to consider ' the possibility of recognition. He said that a continuous exehange of views on the China situation was in progress between the United States and other countries, but no proposals had been made for another meeting of the British, French and United States' Foreign Ministers in Paris to discuss the Far Eastern situation.
