Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. WASHINGTON, Deb. 6. Scores of doctors in Washington today looked over the shouldfer df a .surgeon performing the delicate "blue baby" operation 44 miles away in Baltimore. They were watching. the Jirst colour telecast of an operation between two cities. Many bf the physicians said the demonstration promised to revolutionise surgical training techniques. The telfevision camera was only four feet from the operating table. The surgeon who operated gave a fiihrting commentary through a microphone hooked under his surgical mask.
