Red Flares And Faint Radio Raises Hope
NEW YORIv, Nov. 17. Two red flares spotted on the ocean 240 miles northeast of Bermuda and faint radio signals, raised hope toniglU tliat at least some m6n aboard the Superfortress bomber may be afloat on liferaf'ts. Aircraft carrying flares emergency supplies and a dinghy, Jeft for the area immediately the signals were reported.
