Chinese Communists Pushing Into Kweichow

' Received Friday, 9.30 a.m. HONG KONG, Nov. 17. Peking radio announced that the Communists have occupied Kweiyang, the capital of Kweichow Province, a little over 200 miles south of Chungking. The Commun- | ists have also taken 16 towns in east and central Kweichow, thus penetrating deep into the heart of ihe province. 1 Kweiyang is the communicationhub from which highways radiate to Kweilin, Chungking, Kunming and Changsha.
