"There has been talk of having railways and transport generally admmistered by the Minister of Transport. "Personally," added Mr. Semple, "I am in favour o'f it. This has been diseussed by Cabinet. We thought we should not do it on the eve of the elections, but would consider it immediately the election is over- if we. are returned as the Government.
