AUCKLAND, Nov. 8. ' The Auckland District Committee today upheld the appeal of the joekev, J. Mokaraka, against the suspension of two months iinposed 011 hira by the stewards of the Whangarei Racing Club on October 28. Following the running of the Huanui Hack Hurdles on the first day of the meeting the stewards held a«D inquiry into the running of Gay Youth who finished seeond. Their finding was that the horse was not ridden jon his merita.
