Bicycle Safety.

' Compulsory tail-lights for bi?ycles are favoured by 16 municipalities and six oppose them, it was reported to the Road Safety Council at Wellington. The four main cities favour them. Eleven municipolities favour qnd 11 opjpose retaining the compulsory wa'rning bell on cycles.
