Corso Clothes Drive
The Shannon sub-centre of the Red Cross is arrangirig a clothes drive throughout the borough and surrounding districts in aid of the Cotso appeaL The drive will take place on* Saturday, Octotoer 29, commenchig at 10 a.m. • Citizens are asked to have their parcels ready when tlp collectors * cali. Cleaii and „ mended clothes -and footwear are urgently required and no -parcel will be considered too small. Motorists who are prepared to assist by offering their vehicles to transport the collectors are invited to contact Mrs. J. T. Bovis, as soon as possible. Al| citizens are asked to help this Very Tvorthy cause.
