Electricity Meters.
Electricity meters should be installed on verandas or other positions outside houses, decided the conference of the Electric Power Boards and Supply Authorities Assooiation. There was endless difficulty in arranging access to houses for hieter reading, said a remit from the Auckland Electric Power Board. Readers in wet and muddy clothing caused inconvenience to housewives when meters were inside. ,
