LONDON, Oct. 6. The Uvening News says almost ihe whole of a family tree — four generafions — will be uprooted from the London subnrb of Uxhridge on October 7 to start a journev half ronnd the world. The "tree," which will be transplanted in Christchurch, New Zealand, consists of Mrs. Louisa Haynes, aged 7:"), her danghter, Mrs. W. .T. Taylor and Mr. Tavlor, her grand-dnnghter, Mrs. ,Toan Nolan and '"Mr. Nolan, and her great grand-daughter, Pat Nolan, aged seven. Also in the partv are another danghter of "Mrs. TTavnes, her husband and two children. The derision to sell up their hoines and leave F.ngland, was made af a family eonfereime over a cnp of tea two vears aco. None of the men has a job waiting-in New Zealand and none of the family has erer been. there before. The niigrajits will be seen off from Routhampton bv at least. 14 relatives and friends and have hired a motor-eoach for the whole party.
