Playford Park Sections Now On Market

The Land Valuation Court has valued the Levin Borough Councii's Piayford Park estate sections in the subdivision at an overall figure of £8,200. There are 47 sections and the prices range from £160 to £195, the ma-jority being £175 and £170. This was stated by the borough councii's solicitor at last 'night's meeting of the council. He said that many who had inquired after the sections when the subdivision was mooted are- now coming forward to purehase them, and th'e ( plans are in the hands of the land agents. The Mayor, Mr. H. B. Burdekin, said he thought the prices were very reasonable.
