Received Friday, 9.15 a.m. DURBAN, Sept. 1. "Our practiees have given me every satisfaction this week and-I think qui* boys- are ready' for t-he tussel of their lives on Saturday/' said the assistant manager,- Mr. Alec McDdnaid, today jn a review of- the third test prospects. The players appeared to have freshened up as a result of their return to a lower ahitude^and their freedom from the heavy travelling of the fniddle part of the tour, he added. The team chosen seemed the best that could be fielded. The scrum was the heaviest to have bejeh pitted against the Springboks in the test series, particulaxly by using McHugh in the back row, where he combined weight with mobility. Crowley was also showing plenty of dash and with other forwards such as Skirmer, McNab and Simpson, the pack should be capable of keeping- play moving at a fast pace. "I am confident that we have more pads an*d penetration in our back line, but to utilise that to the fullest we must get the ball and get it quickly. That will be the task of the. forwards. They know full well the calibre of the opposition and know it means the game of their lives if we are to win," added Mr. McDonald.
